Bok Choy-Reading

Hello everyone today in reading I read bok choy my last book for my colour and once again I have questions so here they are.

Describe Jacob's personality.

He can be nice but he act different around other people so he doesn't seem like a loser. He acts like he doesn't like this one person so he doesn't seem like a loser but over all his pretty nice.

Why did Jacob run off?

He felt like he was in trouble and he did something bad so he thought running of could help him but its didn't. In the end he felt bad and then he found out he wasn't in trouble.

How did Jacob feel when he woke up?

He most likely felt scared because he didn't know where he was so he freaked out. Because the last thing he probably remember is hitting the rocks then waking up in what he thinks is a random person house.

How does the author feel about racism?

I feel like he doesn't really like it and he feel like it should stop and its a bad things and i'm sure he feels that there's to much in he world and it should stop.

Predict what would happen if Ah Sum had not seen Jacob in the river?  

if Ah Sum didn't found Jacob he could have drowned and i'm sure his mother would call the cops or something and get them to found him or Jacob would have died. 

What does 'ancestors' mean?

An ancestor is like your mothers mothers mothers mum or your dad's dad's dad. Your ancestor is someone who come way before you and like your the legacies of them then your child would be there legacies its just you elder elder.

water painting

Hello everyone how are you today? So today in class we did water painting and it was really fun but we got put in groups/our class we and BH and DS. BH did the water painting and DS did something else so my colours were red and blue because I also wanted purple but we could only pick two colour so I picked the ones that made purple. This how it turned out it is a little bit more darker in real life and more clear. So the top left is blend, top right is salt, bottom left is drip and bottom right is splat. we had to do all those to see what we can do with water colours. I think it has come out really good and I like it. what do you think?

Kahawai-Reading

Hello everyone how are you today? So today I read another story we changes book every week so we can do new question and new story's talk about story's my story was called Kahawai and these are my questions.

Āreta’s personality is sweet kind caring funny because we they caught the fish she thought about the rich people and there money or letting the fish live it life so she let the fish go.

The story set well grandma and Āreta were in a lot of place like the beach the boat and the water but it look like i was set in a town because I see like a town in the background of the book.

What do you think has happened before this story started? Well from the first bit of the story i saw that they were pulling a boat so I thought maybe they are going out to the sea to catch or do something on the water.

How did Trish feel when they found the Kahawai? Well when Trish the grandma found the Kahawai and that is a Arripis trutta so a fish I think Trish felt like she could get money buy selling the fish and she could.

What is the message from the author? don't sell thing for money be happy for what you have and what you get don't sell thing just because you want money and be kind to everything and be happy for what you have.

Write a short story about what happened first (a prequel).
At the beginning me and my grandma went to go fishing but we had to pull the boat to the water it took us a while but it was so hot it felt like I was malting but we still got the boat to the water and then we went fishing the water had rubbish all through it but we keep fish me and my grandma kept talk about what fish we could get the we found a perfect place to fish and we got a fish.

What does radiation mean?
Radiation mean an energy as electromagnetic waves so something that moves waves or make waves in the water.

Taniwha Poem

Hello everyone how are you today? So yesterday and today we have been doing a diamante poem. So a diamante poem is a diamond poem so you write a poem thats in the shape of a diamond.
